We have found the food quality, flavor, temperature, and delivery to be above average. Generous portions for the pricing, high quality ingredients cooked well. Phone order taker and delivery drivers are friendly. Delivery is fast, and most importantly the packaging they utilize keeps the food HOT!

We ordered take out for new year’s eve. I’m sure they were crazy busy but our food was ready as promised and notably good, especially the spring rolls! Thanks for a great meal

Tom and I went to Crystal Lake to sharpen some scissors today and decided to go to our favorite Chinese restaurant in the whole world, Chen’s. We had the’yre incredible egg rolls that we always always always get plus crab Rangoon, which is absolutely spectacular along with the crispy Szechuan beef and it was unbelievable. We’ve been going to this restaurant for over 25 years and the owner Ming is so good to us every time we come in. We always talk about our kids and he always ask what’s going on with Kyle.

Had the sweet and sour chicken for lunch. The dish was superb and plenty left over for a take-out box. Their portions are large.

The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming. Our needs were met and our beverage refills will replenishes promptly. The food arrived hot and freshly made to our table. The food had great flavor with the portion sizes providing great value for amount paid. In definitely stopping here again when I'm in the area.

Love it here. Food is always fast and fresh. The dishes are made with super fresh vegetables and seasoned perfectly. Tofu can be subbed on most of the entrees. they have hot chili oil on request. Service is good. drinks are affordable. If I have guests I bring them here cause it’s consistently good and everyone always is happy with their meal. If I want a quick lunch/dinner I get take out or delivery from them. It’s my go to for every occasion really.

Chen is my go to Chinese restaurant. The food is consistently good and my order has never been wrong. Love the crispy honey chicken and the lettuce wraps.

I enjoyed lunch at Chen's a couple weeks ago. The chicken with vegetables was fresh, hot and delicious! So was the king roll and green tea. Recommended!
